Our Guarantee

We stand behind GraphiQuote. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all GraphiQuote products — no questions asked.

This guarantee is in addition to any statutory rights you may have under applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within 30 days of your purchase, simply email us at hello@graphiquote.com with:

• The email address used at purchase
• Your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)

Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, and returned to the original payment method. The time taken for funds to appear will depend on the payment method, bank, or card provider.

Free Trials

GraphiQuote Lite and GraphiQuote TFS Frames offer a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until your trial ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial period with no charge — simply cancel before the trial ends via your Lemon Squeezy customer portal.

Cancellations

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund. If you wish to cancel and request a refund within the 30-day guarantee window, please email us and we will process both.

Where you qualify as a consumer, separate statutory rights may apply to digital content, including rights where the software is faulty or does not conform to the contract.
