GraphiQuote Lite and GraphiQuote TFS Frames both come with a 7-day free trial — no charge until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime during that window. GraphiQuote Pro doesn't offer a trial, but annual subscribers receive a free professional document bundle as a welcome incentive.

GraphiQuote doesn't impose set limits on the number of clients, quotes or projects you can create.

Each licence covers one machine at a time. If you get a new computer, you can deactivate your current machine and activate the new one yourself, directly within the app — no need to contact us.

No. GraphiQuote works fully offline day-to-day. It just needs to check in online once every 3 days to validate your licence — a quick, silent background check that won't interrupt your work.

Each licence is for one machine at a time. Multi-user Team editions are planned for a future version for businesses that need several staff working in GraphiQuote at the same time.

You can find your licence key in your Lemon Squeezy purchase receipt or customer portal. If you still can't access it, email us at hello@graphiquote.com with the email address used for purchase and we'll help you recover it.

GraphiQuote Pro is the full business management portal — specialist quoting, clients and contacts, projects, installers, purchase orders, invoicing, overdue tracking, reporting and profitability. Locally, on your own machine. Your GraphiQuote business data stays on your computer and is not stored on GraphiQuote servers.

Your data stays on your machine — cancelling your subscription doesn't delete anything locally. You'll simply lose access to licence validation and future updates.

Yes. All payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your card details.
