GraphiQuote wasn't created as generic business software and then adapted for signage. It was built around real signage workflows, with the everyday challenges of quoting, project management, purchasing, invoicing and profitability shaping how the software works.
Our Story
GraphiQuote grew out of real signage work and the need for a simpler way to keep quoting, projects, costs, invoices and business information connected instead of spread across separate spreadsheets and systems.
The result became a single portal built around the way signage businesses actually operate — specialist quoting for different types of work, clients and contacts, project management, purchase orders, invoicing, installers, reporting and profitability, all connected in one place.
As the portal developed, it became clear the same problems were not unique to one business. GraphiQuote was expanded into a dedicated product for other signage professionals who want a more organised way to manage work from quote through to profit.
Why GraphiQuote Exists
Most business software is built for "any business." Signage is different — quoting by square metre, per-item materials pricing, installation day rates, and TFS or SEG frame systems all need different approaches. GraphiQuote is built around those real signage workflows, so the software fits the way the industry works rather than forcing every job into the same generic process.
Who's Behind It
GraphiQuote is developed by Core Graphic Solutions Ltd, a UK-based signage business. The product is shaped by practical industry experience and by the real processes involved in quoting, coordinating and managing signage work.
