1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using GraphiQuote, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the software.

2. The Software

GraphiQuote is a Windows desktop application designed for signage businesses. It is licensed to you, not sold. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software subject to these terms.

3. Licence Terms

GraphiQuote Pro (Monthly and Annual)

• One licence covers one machine at a time
• You may deactivate and transfer your licence to a new machine at any time via the application
• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Annual subscriptions are billed once per year

GraphiQuote Lite (Annual)

• One licence covers one machine at a time
• Annual subscription, billed once per year
• 7-day free trial available; payment details required at sign-up; no charge until trial ends

GraphiQuote TFS Frames (Annual)

• One licence covers one machine at a time
• Annual subscription, billed once per year
• 7-day free trial available; payment details required at sign-up; no charge until trial ends

4. Licence Validation

GraphiQuote requires an internet connection every 3 days to silently validate your licence. If no internet connection is available after 3 days, the application will display an invalid licence message until connectivity is restored. This does not affect locally stored data.

5. Permitted Use

You may use GraphiQuote for your own business purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Share your licence key with any third party
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose

6. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. By purchasing GraphiQuote, you agree to the applicable Lemon Squeezy checkout and payment terms. All prices are shown exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at checkout where applicable.

Where you qualify as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms. For digital content supplied immediately after purchase, any consent or acknowledgement required by law in relation to immediate supply and cancellation rights will be obtained through the checkout process where applicable.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all GraphiQuote products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of the original purchase date, contact us at hello@graphiquote.com and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

Refund requests made after 30 days from the original purchase date will not be eligible unless required by applicable law.

This 30-day guarantee is provided in addition to any statutory rights you may have. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights where GraphiQuote is faulty, misdescribed, or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements that apply to you.

8. Free Trials

Free trials are available on GraphiQuote Lite and GraphiQuote TFS Frames. Payment details are required at sign-up. You will not be charged until your trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge.

9. Free Document Bundle

The free professional document bundle included with annual GraphiQuote Pro subscriptions is provided as a digital download. It is for your own business use only and may not be resold or redistributed. The bundle is provided as-is; while prepared with care, it is your responsibility to ensure documents are appropriate for your specific business requirements and comply with applicable regulations.

10. Intellectual Property

GraphiQuote and all associated software, branding, and content are the intellectual property of Core Graphic Solutions Ltd. All rights reserved. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights in the software other than the limited licence described above.

11. Data and Privacy

Your use of GraphiQuote is subject to our Privacy Policy. Core business data entered into the application is stored locally on your machine and is not stored on GraphiQuote servers. Limited technical and licence information may be transmitted where necessary for licence validation, activation, security, updates, or services you choose to use.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

GraphiQuote is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. We will endeavour to resolve any reported bugs or issues promptly.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core Graphic Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of GraphiQuote. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

14. Changes to the Software

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue GraphiQuote at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of any significant changes. Continued use of the software after an update constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your licence immediately if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available at graphiquote.com/terms-and-conditions. Continued use of GraphiQuote after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
